Abstract: | Nowadays world is focusing into automation in industrial field each and every work of human is reduced by machine. Machining is term use to describe a variety of material removal processes in which cutting tool removes unwanted material from a work piece to produce a desired shape. The objective of this project is to make Rough surface on Trestle box which will enables it to grip the jaws of Hydraulic jack to lift the heavy metallic sheets for making an storage tank with very less involvement of worker. So this project is aim to remove material from Trestle box bar by different machining processes in order to reduce human fatigue, with increased quality of product, reduce unwanted noise, reduce time. |
