Abstract: | Radio frequencyidenti cation,RFIDisatechnologythatisusedinmany eldsin- cluding locks.Theunlimitedaccesstothereaderandthetransponderhasresulted in severesecurityweaknessesandmadeitpossibletoapplydi erentattacks.To classify doorlocksassecuretheymustatleastful ltwomaincriteria:the rstis the useofachallengeresponseauthenticationprotocolandthesecondistodeploy sophisticated andsecurealgorithms.Themainaimoftheprojectistodesign a systemwhichiscapableofautomaticallydeductingtheamountofpetroldis- pensedfromusercardbasedonRFIDtechnology.Liquiddispensingsystemsare quite commonlyfoundinourdailylifeindi erentplaceslikeo ces,Busstands, Railwaystations,Petrolpumps.Herewearegoingtopresentmodernerapetrol dispensingsystemwhichismeanttobeoperatedwithprepaidcardusingRFID technology.Theprojectmainlyaimsindesigningaprepaidcardforpetrolbunk system andalsopetroldispensingsystemusingRFIDtechnology.Incurrentdays the petrolstationsareoperatedmanually.Thesepetrolpumpsaretimeconsum- ing andrequiremoremanpower.Toplacepetrolstationsindistantareaisvery costly toprovideexcellentfacilitytotheconsumers.Alltheseproblemsaresorted out bytheuseofunmannedpowerpumpwhichrequireslesstimetooperateand it ise ectiveandcanbeinstalledanywhere.Thecustomerself-goingtoavailthe service hastodonethepaymentbyelectronicclearingsystem. |
