Abstract: | Everyone knows the importance of using plastic material product. It is economical, recyclable and easily available in the market. Use of metal material leads to increase the cost, weight and transportation. Therefore we design injection moulding die by considering each and every aspect of mould designing. First we start learning 2D sketches with fully constraint. After that we learn product design by considering perfect design, material, easy of human use. After learning 2D sketches and product design we started learning mould desin. In which first we learned simple mould like two plate mould with ejector pin, 3plate mould with stripper ejection core side moving cavity side moving, finally we learned split mould of mug. We design split mould by considering easy removal, cost reducing, life of mould and machining operation of mould. This project help us to learning start to end of product design and mould design. |
