The current study hearsays wound healing potential of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) hydrogel using Arnebia nobilis (A. nobilis) (Ratanjot) root extract. It makes suitable method for the green synthesis of ZnONPs and evaluation of its wound healing potential. Zinc has been used for the treatment of medical ailments for over centuries due to its accepted antibacterial and antifungal properties. The current rise of nanotechnology has provided a novel satisfying modality in ZnONPs for use in healthcare. We studied the activities of ZnONPs hydrogel. The results provide insight into the MOA of ZnONPs and have shown a positive response of a wound handling in the clinical environment.en_US
