Must have Internet Explorer to open Interactive Questionaires, Animations and Applets.

Open Matlab programs through Matlab.

Open Fortran programs through Fortran Compiler.

Some Windows XP IE Service Packs may "block", for security, the opening of the Flow Chart entries. In that case, select the IE option to permit you to open and run files with "active content".

You need to have an updated version of JAVA in order to run the JAVA related programs.
As of this date, March 2006, the latest version of JAVA is:
Sun JAVA version: jre-1_5_0_06-windows-i586-p-iftw, which is included in the CD's root directory.
If there are any recent updates, please update your JAVA software.
