Abstract:
The world is changed now. The time has come when people not only use mobile phones and
social media for entertainment, but also to work along. A lot of things have gone digital now
and the representation of the same has taken a long turn towards variation. A no. of technologies
have been introduced in the past years to make humans life easier. One such technology
that has shown up is Artificial Intelligence [AI]. Having a vast area of work AI has proven a lot
of things to be easier and also time and work friendly. When we speak about AI, we take up a
domain of AI that is Chat-bot. conversational AI has been the upcoming market catcher. It has
reduced many of human efforts which can be done without them. It has penetrated into large
fields like marketing, consumer query solving and even medical. When such giant industries
are considered there arises a question of how can an AI system help in these sectors. Well it
comes to one single point that many a times customers make cold contact with the officials, be
it a small query or large. They need someone to speak with them. To guide them on to path.
