About the CD-ROM
The companion CD-ROM contains all the kernel source code discussed in this
book, the sample NADA protocol and test code introduced in Chapter 10, the
RFCs referenced, and a copy of the GNU Public License (GPL). All sources on
the CD-ROM are covered by the GPL.
